Are you looking for a role with real impact? This exciting role will give you the opportunity to provide leadership and direction to water construction and maintenance teams that carry out improvement and maintenance works around the City. Your previous project management experience, accompanied with your ability to motivate and lead staff towards a common purpose will put you in a position to make a real impact.

In this role you’ll provide management services to ensure that construction and maintenance projects are well planned and resourced. Your experience in identifying and implementing Process Improvements in operational activities will be beneficial, along with your understanding of contract tender processes and ability to negotiate contract conditions.

Your strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a high degree of integrity will assist you in dealing with a wide range of people from varying backgrounds and the ability to maintain strict confidence. Competence in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, will be advantageous as you will work extensively with spread sheets. You will not only have an eye for identifying operational process improvement initiatives, but the skills and experience to project manage their implementation.
